The requirements for being recognised as a chief or chieftain have been updated. You can view them at the "Recognising Chiefs and Chieftains" page under the "Projecrs" tab.

We will also soon be releasing the first edition of the Book of Heirs, which is a collection of family trees of all the descendants of High King Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair that are known to us.

We have also updated the FAQ page and the Line of Succession page.

In addition, we have published a list of people who we believe to be or are definitely the heirs to certain chiefships. Feel free to check that out. If you wish to apply for a chiefship but see somebody has already claimed it, you may still inquire or apply, but please to not get your hopes up unless you can prove you are a senior claimant.

The lists of Kings and High Kings is now under the "About us" tab.

But in much bigger news, the website is currently undergoing drastic changes. More pages are being added and that means more information.

We have added a dynastic page, as well as a page for the dynastic orders, all of which, sadly are not authentic to history, as the Gaels had no Orders of Knighthood, so they all have been created by Prince Díolún mac Críostóir.

There is also a page for the line of succession as it currently stands.

Updated: Mar 8, 2021

We have started comprising a compendium of genealogical charts of every descendant of Ardrí Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair known to us. It will soon be available on the "Descendants of Ruaidrí" page under the "Projects" tab up at the menu.

We have also added another tab in the menu, "History". Under this can be found two pages: High Kings of Ireland, which is a list thereof from both the Mythic Era and from history, as well as claimants; Kings of Ireland, which is a list of people who have held that title, including the Jacobite kings.
